Sowing
Sow seeds thickly on moist kitchen roll or seed compost, lightly firming them down. Keep in gentle warmth (around 15 °C) and ensure they do not dry out.

Advice
Polycress is ready to harvest in about 7 days. Cut as required with scissors. Sow seeds in a single, even layer to prevent competition and produce a uniform carpet of cress.
