Unwins Spring Onion Bunching Ishikura Seeds produce classic spring onions with long white stems and short green tops.

This vegetable has a long harvest period meaning you can enjoy them in your salads and stir fries all summer long.

Sow: Mar to Sep
Harvest: Jun to Oct

Sowing Outdoors
Sow thinly in pre-watered shallow drills and cover with a little more soil. Allow 20 cm between rows. Keep soil moist until seedlings are established. Sow little and often for a continuous supply throughout the summer. Autumn sowing may benefit from cloche protection in severe weather, and should be ready in March or earlier in mild weather.
