Unwins Radish - Unwins Crunchy Mix are an attractive and tasty variety of radish. They will certainly spice up your salads with a lively mix of colours, a change from just the usual red.

The mix includes Purple Plum, Scarlet Globe, Sparkler, White Turnip and Zlata combining delicious flavours with striking colours providing a feast for the senses.

Quick cropping Crunchy Mix is really quick, easy and satisfying to grow. This variety also holds the RHS Award of Garden Merit.

Sowing Outdoors
Sow seeds thinly in a shallow, pre-watered row. Lightly cover seeds with a little soil. Keep soil moist, as dry conditions impair germination. Remember, small sowings made every three weeks through the summer should ensure a continuous supply.

Aftercare
Water plants generously in dry weather.

Advice
Pick roots while small and young. Harvest regularly to avoid a woody texture.
