These Unwins Wild Rocket Napoli Seeds are quick growing with a great upright habit. The herb produces uniform, dark leaves that are easy to pick, with a long harvest period. Sow just a little, and you'll often have a continuous supply of this tasty herb for many months.
Napoli has a distinctive wild and spicy rocket flavour and is rich in vitamins, iron and antioxidants. They are perfect for an addition to any salad bowl.

Sowing
Sow seeds thinly in a shallow, pre-watered row and cover lightly with soil. Keep soil moist, as dry conditions can impair germination. Small sowings every three weeks will ensure a continuous supply. Allow 20 cm between rows.
Thinning / Growing On
Thin seedlings to about 15 cm apart when large enough to handle, ensuring the remaining seedlings are still firm in the soil.
Aftercare / Advice
Water plants generously during dry weather. Pick leaves when large enough to use; frequent picking encourages a longer cropping period.
