Unwins Zinnia Cupid Mix Seeds boast beautiful tropical colours in abundance. When planted en masse this mix performs exceptionally well. These Pompom flowers have buds that erupt with stunning bold and bright tropical blooms. They will bring any garden border to life.

Sowing Indoors
Almost fill a seed tray with moist seed compost. Sow seeds 5 mm deep and lightly cover with a little more compost. Place in the warmth (15–20 °C) and keep moist.
Growing On
Keep seedlings in a light position but shade from direct sunlight. When large enough to handle, transplant into trays of potting compost.
Hardening Off / Planting Out
Gradually accustom plants to outside conditions for 2–3 weeks before planting out from early summer onwards. Allow 25 cm between plants.
Sowing Outdoors
Seed can be sown outdoors when the soil is warm. Sow thinly and lightly cover with a little soil. Keep soil moist until seedlings emerge. Thin to 30 cm apart and transfer thinnings to other parts of your garden.
Aftercare
Water regularly, especially during warm, dry spells, and feed using a liquid plant food. Deadhead regularly to prolong the flowering period.
